Accounts Receivable Specialist - 3-Month Temporary Contract
Location: City of London
Salary: Competitive (Paid Weekly)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am until 5:30pm
Hybrid Working: 1 Day in the office, 4 days from home
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 Month Temporary Contract
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our clients team on a 3-month temporary contract. This role is ideal for a proactive self-starter who can hit the ground running with minimal training.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoice Processing - Ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
Credit Control Support - Assist with chasing outstanding payments.
Transformation Projects - Support AR process improvements and system enhancements.
Query Resolution - Respond to inbound AR queries efficiently.
About You:
3 years minimum experience within Accounts Receivables
Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLookUps
Experience using Salesforce is ideal but not essential.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Comfortable working remotely with occasional office visits.
