Performing administrative tasks (e.g. creation of employment ads).
- Job advertising and posting in both internal and external platforms.
- Track and report key metrics designed to measure activity.
- Perform other HR duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience required.
- First professional recruiting experience.
- Must be outgoing and self-motivated with a strong desire to excel.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills in French, experienced level in English is mandatory; German is a strong asset.
- Must have experience with recruiting through social media.
- Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office suite.
- High service orientation and intercultural competence
