Position: Anaesthetist
Location: Adelaide, SA
Total Indicative Remuneration Salary: Up to $641,470
Employment Type: Permanent, Temporary, Full-time, and Part-time positions available
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Anaesthetist to join team at a leading healthcare facility in Adelaide - ranked one of the worlds “Most Liveable Cities”,
Hospital is a 303-bed acute care teaching facility, serving a population of over 250,000 people in Adelaide’s western suburbs The hospital is renowned for its commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services to the community. With state-of-the-art facilities and a collaborative team environment, it offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development.
Role Overview:
As an Anaesthetist, you will play a vital role in ensuring safe and effective anaesthesia services for surgical procedures. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer anaesthesia during surgical procedures.
Monitor patients’ vital signs and adjust anaesthesia as needed.
Participate in on-call rosters across 7 days.
Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
AHPRA registered Anaesthetists (FANZCA) or within 6 months of receiving the fellowship.
International Medical Graduates who are Specialist Anaesthetists and have been assessed as Substantially Comparable are also encouraged to apply.
Demonstrated experience in anesthesia practice, preferably in a hospital setting.
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including participation in an on-call roster across 7 days.
