Grounds Maintenance Team Leader – Mold, North Wales
Location: Mold, North Wales
Salary: £27,000
Hours: 39 hours/week, Monday–Friday
Contract: Permanent

What You’ll Dop
Lead the crew: assign tasks, check quality, keep things moving.
Handle mowing, pruning, weeding—the lot.
Keep equipment in line and safety on point.
Talk to managers and clients to nail deadlines.
Step in, get dirty, and show the team how it’s done. What You Need
Experience leading grounds maintenance or similar.
Know-how with plants, tools, and outdoor work.
Grit to manage a team and get results.
Happy outside, whatever the weather.
