We are seeking a skilled IT Support Professional to join our team.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch IT support to our clients, ensuring their smooth operation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with clients to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
Install and maintain IT systems, including PCs, networking setups, and mobile devices.
Respond to and escalate support requests in a timely manner.
Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to enhance services.
Collaborate with help desks and support centers to ensure seamless IT operations.
Assist in the development of repair and testing processes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
At least 3 years of experience as a Field Service Representative or similar role.
Hands-on experience managing and maintaining technical equipment.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
A team player with excellent time-management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using mobile tools and applications to streamline workflows.
