In a nutshell, the role is to provide full support in all matters leading the division. The Fleet division is one of the three core pillars of the business. It is imperative to the company’s success that the division performs with ever-improving operational efficiency and scalability, all in tandem to the company’s excellent track record, as well as forecasted exponential growth in the coming months

**What you will do**:

- Maintains and updates hub petty cash management records of payments and receipts, ensures that documentation on all payments and collections are complete, accurate, and in conformance with regulations
- Generating bi-monthly company asset deduction report through multi-functional collaboration
- Take the initiative to ensure that all responsible workflow are of the excellent quality
- Monitor and ensure that administrative processes are complied with from all stakeholders
- Manage hub supplies stock and place orders with procurement department
- Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies
- Monitor and ensure document (inbound-outbound) are in control
- Provide the improvement for all people operations processes

**What you will need**:

- Experience 2-3 years
- Bachelor Degree - If HR Major will be advantage
- Skills / Attributes
- Prior experience with Microsoft's Excel or Google's Sheets will be a big advantage
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Willingness to learn and high adaptability to new technology and ideas
- Analytical skills
- Relationship management
- Result Oriented
- Good command in English
