NOW HIRING – Superstar Stylist Manager (Burlington – New Salon Opening!)
We’re not just opening another salon—we’re building something fresh, fun, and modern… and we need a rockstar Stylist Manager to help lead the way.
Talk of the Town – Hair, Skin & Wellness Studio is launching this March in a prime, high-traffic area of Burlington (Appleby & Upper Middle). We’re creating an inclusive, laid-back, results-driven space that blends salon, barber, and med spa services—all under one stylish roof.
If you’re an experienced stylist with a loyal client base and the skills to lead a team, this is your chance to help build something new, your way.
What We’re Offering:
$25–$35/hr base or $60,000–$72,000 salary
Up to 35% commission on your personal services
5–10% team service override commissions
10–15% retail sales commissions
$2,000–$5,000 signing bonus
Quarterly bonuses + potential profit-sharing
You help choose the team. You shape the vibe.
