We're looking for a Chief of Sales (General Trade) at one of the leading food & beverage businesses based in Chonburi, Thailand.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team while overseeing distribution across multiple provinces.
Drive sales performance, ensuring the team meets daily, monthly, and strategic KPI targets.
Increase sales volume and enhance product distribution.
Forecast sales and manage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
Coach and develop the sales team, fostering professional growth and sales expertise.
Conduct market surveys to analyze competition and identify new strategies or channels to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the F&B or FMCG industry.
Experience in distributor management is a plus.
Strong market knowledge with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
Highly flexible for business travel and capable of handling responsibilities independently.
Proficient in office tools for sales reporting and management processes.
Good English communication skills are an advantage.
