Position: Car Detailer / Lot Attendant / General Labourer
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: $17-23 per hour, based on experience

This is not a repetitive role. Every day is different, and we need someone who can identify tasks that need to be done without being told, keep the dealership presentation at its best, and help ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Detailing & Cleaning
Perform interior and exterior detailing, including:
Vacuuming and shampooing carpets and seats
Removing salt stains and deep-cleaning upholstery
Cleaning under the hood and ensuring a polished finish
Wiping down dashboards, consoles, and glass surfaces
Final touch-ups to make vehicles customer-ready
Maintain high cleanliness standards for all vehicles on the lot
Lot & Dealership Operations
Ensure the lot is properly organized – vehicles should be neatly lined up and easy to access
Keep the dealership looking clean and professional at all times
Take care of wash bay tools and materials, ensuring they are well-maintained and ready to use
Support dealership operations by assisting with logistics, moving vehicles, and performing general duties to help the team
Look for things to do without being told – take initiative and always stay productive
Driving & Logistics
Take vehicles to body shops or nearby repair and service locations when needed
Transport vehicles to our mechanic for servicing
Go to Service Ontario for licensing and paperwork
Must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles
What to Expect
Not a repetitive job – every day brings new tasks and responsibilities
You will detail an average of 3-4 vehicles per day, but also assist with lot organization, vehicle movement, and dealership operations
Most vehicles arrive already cleaned from our other locations, so you will focus on final touch-ups rather than deep cleaning
A fast-paced role that requires you to stay busy and self-motivated
Who We’re Looking For
Reliable and punctual – you show up on time every day and are ready to work
Takes initiative – you find things to do without waiting for instructions
Physically capable – this job requires standing, bending, and moving throughout the day
Valid driver’s license – required for vehicle movement, Service Ontario trips, and mechanic runs
Manual transmission experience – must be able to drive manual vehicles
Prior detailing or labour experience – we are not looking to train from scratch
Detail-oriented – ensures every vehicle and the dealership looks clean and professional
Team player – works well with others and helps keep operations running smoothly
