A growing and established company, is seeking an IT Technician to join their team in the Hereford area (office based).
As an IT Technician, you will provide first and second-line support, ensuring the smooth running of IT systems across the business.
You will maintain handling queries, managing IT security, and maintaining essential systems, including Office 365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory and hardware.
This role requires a proactive individual with solid technical skills, excellent customer service, and a willingness to grow professionally.
