PT Amman Mineral is an Indonesian mining company operating copper and gold mining with a long-term expected mine life followed by processing stockpiles.
We seek experienced professionals to join our team in managing the design, engineering, construction, commissioning, and operation of the Copper Smelter, Sulphuric Acid plants, Copper Electro-refinery, and Precious Metal Refinery.
Process Expansion Project (PEP) – HSE Specialist
Responsibilities include:
Ensuring adherence to all environmental laws and regulations in Indonesia.
Compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Mine laws in Indonesia.
Regularly conducting inspections and safety meetings to address safety concerns.
Inspecting reports and ensuring they are signed off.
Recording hazards, accidents, and incidents.
Overseeing the implementation of OHS laws and regulations in the work area.
Required qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's Degree in occupational health, Safety, and Environmental qualifications or relevant qualifications. Essential to have a middle-level operational inspector certificate (POM).
Formal Accident Investigation Training.
At least 10 years of experience working in construction industries.
Mandatory experience in EPC Industry/Process Fixed Plant construction operation practice.
Inspecting, investigating, and assessing.
Leadership, interpersonal, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Literacy, numeracy, computing, and basic English communication skills.
