Working Hours
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Expected Hours: 20–30 per week
- Training: 6 days of unpaid training is required.

Responsibilities
As a Medical Call Center Representative, you will:
- Follow up with patients regarding their health.
- Book patient appointments and cardiac testing.
- Handle patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and phone etiquette.
- Accurately enter customer information into our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
- Communicate effectively to ensure patient satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Report any concerns, inquiries, or critical patient information to management.

Requirements
Experience:
- Required: Minimum 1 year in a call center, medical office, or similar customer service role.
- Strong proficiency in medical terminology and EMR software.
- Proven ability to document information efficiently.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (required).
Skills:
- Fluent in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Tagalog proficiency is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
