We are seeking a skilled Senior RF Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of outdoor wireless networks. As an expert in antenna design and testing, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance antennas for various applications.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop antennas for outdoor wireless networks, including antenna testing and tuning
Provide technical support to operation teams, including trouble shooting and improving first pass yield (FPY)
Support customer testing and on-site troubleshooting when necessary
Collaborate with R&D centers in US, China, and India to drive innovation and excellence
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience in antenna design and development, preferably with simulation software such as HFSS, CST, MWO
Familiarity with AutoCAD or DraftSight, and strong theoretical knowledge of antenna design
Excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English
