I am looking for Live-In Superintendent and/or Cleaner. I have 20+ experience in Building Residential.
I have great Administrative Skills, very organized, and clean. I work very well with others. I have strong problem solving skills, and work well alone or with others, ability to handle difficult solutions in a professional manner, and work well under pressure. I have the following skills:
• Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Input tenant rent payments, give receipts
• Answer phones, emails, and texts in a timely manner
• Deliver all notices, legal and 24 hour
• Filing, and organizing
• Leasing from start to end, to when the new tenant moves in
• Submitting POs
• Booking work for trades people
I do not have experience with Yardi but I am a quick learner. All the buildings I worked for only had their Head Office using Yardi and none of the Superintendents.
I have experience in building security, and fire systems. Signing off on monthly fire extinguishers and hoses. Been the first person when dealing with emergencies, such as fire, floods and restoration.
I get along great with the outside trades, plumbers, electricians, restoration, and general contractors, etc. I have booked 24 hour work with contractors.
I have very good cleaning skills, such as:
• Clean common areas
• Vacuuming
• Dusting
• Mopping and sweeping
• Windows, walls
• Cleaning for turnovers
• And so much more
I have basic maintenance
• Change aerators
• Unclogging sinks and toilets
• Change fuses and lightbulbs
• Door handles
