Position: Skilled Laborer – Light Farm Duties & Weed Control
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled laborer to assist with light farm duties and weed control. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic who are committed to maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with general farm operations, including weed control and other light maintenance tasks
• Operate a side-by-side vehicle in a safe and efficient manner
• Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to ensure a secure working environment
• Perform additional duties as required, with an emphasis on quality and attention to detail
Qualifications:
• A positive and safety-conscious work attitude
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
• Experience or comfort with operating a side-by-side vehicle
• Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work in all weather conditions and willingness to work overtime when necessary
Working Conditions:
• Physically demanding, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions
• Occasional overtime as required based on operational needs
