Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to manage the day-to-day operations of a high-end accommodation property which is set within 23,000 acres. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in hospitality who is eager to deliver an exceptional guest experience and maintain the property to the highest standards.
This is a live-in position: offering luxurious, 5-star accommodation.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience & Hospitality:
Be the welcoming face of the property, ensuring every guest receives warm and personal attention throughout their stay.
Create a “crème de la crème” hospitality experience that exceeds expectations and fosters guest loyalty.
Proactively manage and resolve any guest issues or concerns with professionalism and care.
Property Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the property to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Maintain the accommodation in immaculate condition, ensuring it meets 5-star standards.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and supplies as needed.
Lodger Relations:
Manage relationships with lodgers and ensure their needs are met with attention to detail.
Act as a point of contact for any queries or concerns.
General Operations:
Handle reservations, scheduling, and administrative duties related to guest stays.
Assist with housekeeping and food service as required.
Requirements:
A strong background in hospitality, high-end hotel service, or similar guest-facing roles.
A warm, engaging personality with a natural flair for customer service and satisfaction.
Highly visible and hands-on approach to managing the property and guest relations.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs.
Easygoing and approachable, with excellent interpersonal skills.
Passion for delivering outstanding experiences and maintaining high standards.
Adaptability to living in a remote location and a love for a peaceful, off-the-beaten-path lifestyle.
