As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into a well-established school community rated “GOOD” by OFSTED, offering a supportive and dynamic environment for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and seasoned professionals.
This role is due to start ASAP until the end of the academic year.
This Cover Supervisor role will include:
Engage students in Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) across a variety of subjects
Support learning within the National Curriculum, ensuring high standards
Uphold excellent behaviour management strategies
Work closely with other Secondary Teachers to foster a positive learning environment
Adapt lessons as needed to meet varied learning abilities and needs
Required Skills and Experience for this Cover Supervisor role:
Proven experience as a Cover Supervisor or similar role in a secondary school setting
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) qualification
Excellent subject knowledge across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
Strong behaviour management skills for maintaining classroom order
Familiarity with the National Curriculum standards
Working as a Cover Supervisor for Flourish Education also offers you excellent benefits, including:
