Job Description:
The Clinical Lead for Psychiatry in Timaru is responsible for delivering high-quality psychiatric services to clients in need. This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, providing expert guidance and support to Nursing and Allied Health staff.
About the Role:
Deliver quality specialist psychiatry services across Inpatient, Community, and Addictions teams
Maintain good working relationships with colleagues from all disciplines
Cover acute care and on-call work responsibilities
Requirements:
Eligibility for Vocational Registration with the NZ Medical Council and/or a Fellow of the Australasian College of Psychiatrists (or equivalent)
Experience working in a similar role or capacity
