Account Manager
Location: Harrogate
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 + Monthly Bonus
Benefits: Gym membership, 32 days annual leave (including statutory holidays), birthday off, employee wellbeing program
We are recruiting for an exciting Account Manager role within a vibrant Harrogate-based business. This full-time, permanent position involves managing a large portfolio of existing accounts, fostering relationships, and creating opportunities to cross-sell and upsell.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a large group of existing accounts
* Handle inbound sales calls
* Make proactive sales calls to existing accounts
* Process online and verbal orders
* Create and send quotations
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts
Requirements:
* Previous account management or sales experience
* Strong telephony skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Proactive with a positive, can-do attitude
* IT literate
