We are currently looking for Food and Beverage Servers to join Hard Rock Cafe on a full-time basis.
The Job
Provision of F&B services to guests, and local patrons in accordance with departmental business levels. Set up, relaying tables in restaurant outlets, order taking, serving of drinks and food orders.
Order taking
Serving of Drinks and food orders
Maintain optimum standards of cleanliness in line with the company’s operating procedures and hygiene standards.
Prepares equipment in accordance with daily requirements.
Prepares restaurant in accordance with company standards.
Cleaning and sanitation of tables, buffet counters, cutlery and crockery.
Follow H&S procedures and instructions on material safety
data sheets
Cleaning and replenishment of supplies
Cleaning of all floor surfaces, windows and balconies.
Perform rotation cleaning duties i.e., deep cleaning of assigned areas in accordance with schedule
Deliver and retrieve items from buffet counter
Follow security protocols to ensure safety of guests Reporting of maintenance
Responsible for achieving and exceeding customer satisfaction scores for the department and the hotel.
To participate in Training and Development programs offered by the organisation.
Maintain a climate of friendly cooperation
Avoids wastage of products and ancillary amenities offered to guests
Additional ad hoc duties as directed by Head of Department
Answering questions - accurately and politely
Creating memorable experiences
Entertaining guests to create ‘Raving Fans’
Job Requirements
2 years working experience in high-end restaurants
Good understanding of how the role contributes to the success of the Restaurant.
Willing to work on a shift basis and flexibility in working both weekends and public holidays.
About You
Verbal and written communications skills in English and any other European Language is an asset.
Conform to grooming standards.
Good time management.
Leadership skills.
