ENTER THE GAME
Reporting to the AML Investigation Team Leader, the Investigation Analyst will ensure that all Level 2 alerts/topics are investigated, timely, while anticipating problems to minimize any AML-TF (Anti-Money Laundering/Financing Terrorism) risk. He/she must ensure that processes and procedures are both respected and applied within his/her area of responsibility.
YOUR ROLE AT BETCLIC
In this context, your duties are:
Analyse and process level 2 AML/CFT alerts on a daily basis.
Prepare and draft Internal Suspicious Activity Report to MLROs.
Answer to Authority Request (Police, Customs, FIU...).
Handle PEP/SAN/AM alerts resulting from the screening of the customer base against lists of Politically Exposed Persons, International Financial Sanctions and Adverse Media.
Answer to Payment Provider's request .
Manage Annual review of HR cases.
Proactively carry out investigations (online searches & Enhanced Due Diligence Reports) relating to source of funds/wealth. This will often involve liaising with other departments to source information on players. Make use of all available tools as well as external data sources, such as social media or online research to achieve the better investigative results.
Conduct of change adhering to the Betclic Strategy Plan.
Be able to put customers' interest first without forgetting regulatory AML risk in any actions taken.
Ensure confidentiality regarding tasks/processes.
Ensure to take onboard all the suggestions/improvements shared by the management.
Be able to raise any risky subjects to the management.
Be able to handle any other similar ad hoc work as set by the management from time to time.
Share with management & team any unknown AML patterns that you come across while performing your duties.

This job is for you if:
You have minimum 2 years experience in AML.
You have excellent level of spoken and written English.
You are fluent in Portuguese.
You have experience using Microsoft Office.
You have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
You are autonomous and proactive.
You have the ability to synthetize.
