ENTER THE GAME
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is also responsible to administer databases with candidate information. Ultimately, this role will help keep Betclic Group's hiring process smooth and ensure the Company recruits and retains high-performing employees.
YOUR ROLE AT BETCLIC
In this context, your duties are:
Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team, assisting with and coordinating the full cycle of recruitment and selection process, including attraction, screening applications, tracking and selection of new employees and liaising with recruitment agencies.
Assisting with the Payroll Project Manager for preparation of job descriptions and job adverts, post and update roles on our ATS.
Screening applications, liaising with hiring managers and candidates to set up interviews.
Participating in interviews and providing advice to managers for junior, medium roles as needed.
Preparing of contracts and offers to send for both Malta and International Offices.
Onboarding new employees with the HR Induction (Malta & International Offices).
Advising and training managers and employees involved in recruitment.
Any administrative tasks required by the Talent Acquisition vertical.
Recording of onboarding documentation.
And any other duties as assigned by the Management according to business and team needs.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and highly motivated team player, passionate about HR and recruitment.
This role is for you if:
You are organised and detailed oriented.
You are a team player.
You are dynamic, adaptable and have good time management skills.
You are proficient in Office package & Outlook.
You are fluent in English.
Fluent in French is an asset.
You have problem solving skills.
You are familiar with social media, job boards and professional networks.
You have experience working for an online digital based company (gaming operator would be an advantage).
You have knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
You have experience with in-house recruitment.
