Experience in a teaching support role or working with children in an educational setting.

Ability to support students with diverse learning needs, including those with SEN.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with teachers and staff.
A passion for education and a genuine desire to see students succeed.
Your Role Will Include:
Providing 1:1 and small group support, ensuring every student feels confident and engaged.
Assisting the teacher with lesson planning, classroom activities, and resource preparation.
Encouraging positive learning behaviours and helping students stay focused.
Supporting the academic and social development of students.
