We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lead G2 Technician to join our team. The Lead Technician will play a crucial role in installation, servicing and maintaining equipment, efficiently and effectively.

Duties
- Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Train and mentor junior technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory management.
- Ensure timely invoicing and part ordering and follow up procedures daily
- Provide excellent customer service and communication
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Experience
- Proven experience in a technical role, with a minimum of 3 years preferred.
- Strong understanding of relevant technologies, tools, and equipment used in the industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and other departments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in a technical environment.
