Communication, Change & Learning Lead
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Join GBS Communications Network as active member driving global programs and initiatives
Contribute to/ drive global change and communication activities as part of the global GBS network
Drive communication of GBS DLC strategy and objectives in alignment with global GBS strategy and objectives communication
Lead the Communication Committee in the center and provide guidance to other center-wide committees
Guide and support conceptualization up to execution of internal events such as town hall meetings, leadership visit etc.
Guide and consultant for colleagues across functions and departments towards development of communication concepts, collaterals and campaigns for center-wide initiatives and programs
Support change management and manage change communication for GBS
WHO YOU ARE
Proficient in English (Major in English or overseas experiences)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
BPO / SSO / MNC company experience is an advantage
Distinctive communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and conceptual skills
Good organizational and editorial skills; events conceptualization and management is an advantage
Flexible and resourceful in challenging and changing situations
Works effectively even under pressure
Business background or MBA is a plus; VACC savvy
