$26.84 per hour paid fortnightly + nightshift allowance before 6am ($3.21 per hour)

Based at our Grenada branch in Wellington, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional level of customer service as you deal with inquiries, requests or complaints from customers via phones or email. Team players required! You'll be happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in and help out with whatever needs doing.
Looking for a physical role? Keep reading! You'll be handling oversized freight, re-wrapping damaged items and completing redirections/redeliveries. We think this is not your average desk job. You'll also carry out administrative work to support these key areas, so you're computer savvy and open to learning new systems. Each day is busy and varied and will see you developing your problem-solving skills.

What we need from you:
Be available to work between 0500 to 1330 Monday to Friday
Problem solving skills – can you think on the fly and find the best outcomes?
Administration and data entry skills
Confidence to interact with people from all backgrounds face to face, phone and email
