Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this role
This team is responsible for providing advice to leaders on how to create great workplaces while tackling the big and small issues with compassion and courage so that kaimahi know what is expected of them, and ensuring the Ministry continues to provide a place where the right people want to work and meets its employment obligations.
This role is a supporting role to the People Services team. You will be responsible for monitoring the inboxes across the team and providing first-line services and support to managers and employees across a wide range of operational HR processes and transactions. You will also be responsible for providing administrative and project support to help the team to deliver quality HR services to the business.
This role is fast paced and never quiet, there is a lot to do, you will never be bored. The inbox never stops, you will also be maintaining the intranet pages related to P&C, prepare secondment agreements and so much more. If you are wanting a career in HR, this is a great place to start and a great team
Ngā Whakaritenga Mōkito | Skills and Requirements
Experience providing human resources -related support to people leaders and kaimahi
Working towards an HR qualification
Previous experience working in confidential environments
Strong attention to detail.
Whānuitanga Utu ā-Tau | Salary Range
Salary range for this role is $69,248 to $83,720 pa. Appointment within this range will be based on skills and experience.
