Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide sales support to both the Inside Sales Team and customer engagements.
Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring product shipment information, returns to sales, and payments. You will also process internal systems, familiarize yourself with ERP and ORACLE systems, and maintain related reports for suppliers.
In addition, you will implement tasks assigned by your supervisor and support other necessary projects.
You will be responsible for maintaining performance expectations to further enhance Arrow's position within each customer and supplier.
