We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee home energy upgrade projects across Kerry, Limerick, and Cork. Our client, a Gold Partner of Ireland's “One Stop Shop” initiative under the National Home Energy Upgrade Scheme, delivers sustainable home improvements supported by SEAI grants.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring smooth execution from consultation to completion.
Coordinate home energy upgrades, including assessments, SEAI grant applications, contractor scheduling, follow-up BERs, and financing options.
Act as the primary client contact, ensuring a seamless experience.
Conduct site assessments, including attic and high-area access.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to meet timelines, budgets, and compliance standards.
Oversee multiple projects, proactively addressing challenges and keeping stakeholders informed.
What We're Looking For:
Strong knowledge of construction and energy retrofit practices.
Proven project management experience in construction, energy solutions, or home improvement.
Excellent organisation, problem-solving, and customer engagement skills.
Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces (e.g., attics).
Full clean driver's licence and willingness to travel.
