Quantity Surveyor Skills:You are a driven Quantity Surveyor with 4+ years post – graduate experience with a Main Contractor in Ireland or the UK is desirable.
Quantity Surveyor Criteria:
A 3rd level qualification in a related field.
4+ yrs Post-Graduate experience with a Main Contractor preferably Irish or UK.
Experience of residential building / commercial projects
An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
Managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers and consultants along with normal QS duties
Reporting on budgets and variations
To have strong analytical skills and ability to present findings
Undertaking monthly internal valuations and production of monthly cost reports

Maintaining subcontractor and supplier contractual details
The Package:An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of up to €65,000 (D.O.E) + a strong package including, 7% pension 21 days annual leave that will expand to 26 after 5 years, income protection and a vehicle or car allowance.
