Supporting the store manager in the daily business operations of the retail store. Conducting general tasks which include supervising, communicating, and carrying out store duties to ensure the efficient operation of the store.
Supervising, training, and motivating staff to perform at their ultimate best Assisting the retail store manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers Coordinating the daily customer service operations such as sales process, orders and payments Tracking the progress of weekly, monthly, and annual objectives Monitoring and maintaining the store inventory Evaluating employee performance and identifying hiring and training needs
