We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our client's team! Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional support to both internal and external customers.
Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to bonuses, deposits, transactions, betting slips, documents, and bet calculations.
Liaise with other departments to ensure swift issue resolution.
Maintain low customer request queues by handling queries efficiently.
Have a deep understanding of the products and services offered by the company.
Monitor and escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams.
Conduct quality assurance checks for chat and email communications.
Analyze promotions before they are launched to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
Take responsibility for emergency and banned procedures when required.
Step in for the Line Manager in their absence and contribute to team meetings and activities.
Requirements
High school diploma or post-secondary education.
At least one year of experience in a customer service or support role (preferably in iGaming or a similar industry).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with internet-related software and ability to learn new tools quickly.
Fluent in German (written & spoken) with a good command of English.
