Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and employment law.
* Support the implementation and development of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
* Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
* Assist in talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.
* Support learning and development initiatives to drive employee engagement and performance.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practices.
* Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to HR reporting and analytics.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in an HR Adviser role or similar.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* CIPD qualification (or working towards) is highly desirable.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
