Patient Communication & Sales Lead
Location: Chelsea, SW10
Salary: Up to £35K DOE, plus comms
Working Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday, 08:45-18:00 (1 hr lunch)

Role Overview:
*
Working alongside the Reception team but focusing on patient communication and sales
*
Supporting the practice in converting phone leads to booked consultations in practice
*
The practice has a fantastic reputation which results in consistently above 200 phone leads monthly
*
The ideal applicant will be extremely patient-focused, making them feel listened to and understood
*
Must be confident in building rapport with patients and extremely warm and friendly whilst on the phone
Preferred Experience:
*
Experience working in a Private setting is desirable
*
Must have excellent communication both on the phone and in person
*
Must be well-presented at all times
*
Previous experience in a FOH/ Coordinator role is preferred
*
Strong knowledge of Cosmetic treatments is preferred: Smile Makeovers, Clear Aligners etc
