HSE Coordinator – Manufacturing
Location: Washington
Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: 37.5 per week (Mon-Thurs 8:30-17:00, Fri 8:30-14:00)

We’re looking for someone with:
* NEBOSH certification (or working towards)
* A solid understanding of HSE regulations and processes
* Experience in manufacturing or automotive (preferred, but not essential)
* A proactive mindset – someone who can lead projects, challenge processes, and drive improvements
What You’ll Do:
* Support HSE compliance, audits, and risk assessments
* Investigate accidents/incidents and implement preventative measures
* Assist with ISO14001 accreditation and corporate audits
* Deliver key programmes (ergonomics, PPE review, energy reduction)
* Manage contractors and promote a safe working culture
