We are looking for experienced and flexible teachers and support staff to join our team of daily supply professionals across schools in Brighton. Role Overview
As part of our supply team, you will be working in a variety of primary schools across the Brighton area. You will cover short-term absence, ensuring that lessons run smoothly and students continue to progress. The ideal candidates will have the ability to adapt quickly, manage classrooms effectively, and provide the necessary support to students.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver pre-planned lessons and follow school-specific instructions for teachers.
Support the Teacher and classroom environment by maintaining order and encouraging positive behaviour.
Work with students individually or in small groups to provide extra support as needed.
Assist with classroom management and the implementation of school policies.
Support the school's ethos and values during your time in each setting.
Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
For Teachers: A valid teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
For Support Staff: Experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably as a teaching assistant or in a similar role.
Ability to quickly adapt to different school environments.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
Strong classroom management skills.
A passion for education and supporting students' growth.
