Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Nelson
Hourly pay rate: £13.52 - £14.50 PH
Start date: April 2025 start date
End date: July 2025 (with a view to continue onto a permanent contract)
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team in Nelson (BB9). As an HLTA, you will support the delivery of lessons, lead small groups and 1:1 interventions, and help monitor student progress. You will work with students of all abilities, including those with special educational needs, ensuring they have the best possible learning experience.
To apply, you should have a Level 4 HLTA qualification or equivalent, experience working as a teaching assistant, and a solid understanding of the national curriculum. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships are essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
