1. Sales Associates:


Responsibilities:

Guide customers through the purchase process, showcasing the features and benefits of Kia vehicles.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the dealership's success.

Stay up to date on Kia product knowledge and industry trends.

2. Service Advisors:


Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by scheduling appointments and communicating service needs.

Accurately diagnose vehicle issues and provide repair recommendations.

Maintain detailed service records and ensure customer satisfaction.

Work closely with service technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs.

3. Finance and Insurance (F&I) Consultant:


Responsibilities:

Assist customers with financing and insurance options.

Explain and sell finance and insurance products.

Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.

Build strong relationships with lenders and insurance providers.

If you have a background in finance and a knack for building rapport, this is your chance to excel in a fast-paced and lucrative role.

Help customers drive away with peace of mind, by providing excellent finance and insurance products.
