Business Development
Proactively identify and develop potential partnerships with office building owners to expand our shared office space business.
Communicate with building owners to understand their needs and pain points, and provide customized partnership proposals to close deals.
Follow up on partnership projects to ensure smooth progress, and promptly resolve any issues that arise during the cooperation process.
Market Research and Analysis
Conduct in-depth research on the local office building market, analyze market trends and competitive dynamics, and provide insights to support the company's business expansion decisions.
Stay updated on industry policy changes and adjust sales strategies accordingly to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Customer Relationship Management
Establish and maintain strong relationships with building owners to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Regularly revisit clients to gather feedback, identify potential business opportunities, and drive repeat business.
Sales Target Achievement
Develop personal sales targets and plans, and ensure timely achievement of sales objectives.
Regularly report sales progress and performance to superiors, and adjust sales strategies as needed to meet targets.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with internal departments such as operations, marketing, and design to ensure smooth project implementation and successful partnership launches.

Education

Experience
