We are looking for an Experienced Cook to join our fantastic team.
We are a fast paced, high volume establishment that takes pride in creating consistent, high quality food in a timely manner.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Assist the Chef and/or Sous Chef in preparing and presenting food items
* Prepare all food items in a timely and hygienic manner
* Stock and manage assigned food station(s) and ensure quality of food served
* Follow recipes and food presentation specifications as set by the Chef and/or Sous Chef
* Properly store, rotate, and manage all food products
* Understand and adhere to company’s policies and processes, cooking methods, standard portion sizes, and kitchen rules and quality standards
* Maintain the highest level of kitchen sanitation and cleanliness
* Promote safety in all areas in the work place, including food safety, customer safety, and the safety of team members.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of standard cooking, baking and grilling techniques.
Possess excellent communication skills.
Work cooperatively and efficiently in a team environment.
Ability to perform calmly under pressure.
Use critical thinking and reasoning skills to solve problems quickly.
Manage time effectively.
Understand and follow written and verbal directions explicitly and ask questions for clarity when necessary.
Learn new recipes and new procedures rapidly.
Rate of pay is $22- $25 depending on experience
