Sales & Marketing Specialist, Building products Aluminum siding,
As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the company's sales and marketing efforts. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients and architect, and promoting the company's products. Additionally, you will assist the salesman by inputting customer data into the CRM system, ensuring completeness and consistency and execution of marketing campaigns, home show to generate leads.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals
• Identify new business opportunities and proactively reach out to potential clients
• Collaborate with in the marketing strategy by creating marketing campaigns and home show
• Track and analyze sales and marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
• Regularly update and maintain customer records, including contact information, purchase history, and interactions.
• Assist in analyzing customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Assist in configuring and customizing the CRM system to meet business requirements.
• Provide system support and troubleshooting assistance to users, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.
• Assist in the development and delivery of CRM training materials for new users.
• Create and update documentation, including user guides and standard operating procedures for
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 5 years or more experience in the building products industries.
• Proven experience or internship in a similar role is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and analysis.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Excel and CRM software.
