I'm looking for a strong Senior QS to join my client, a specialist M&E rail contractor on an ongoing contract based in South East London. The chosen candidate will be responsible for closing out packages and managing a large amount of change.

Roles and responsibilities:
Commercial reportingThe preparation of Valuations/Applications for PaymentThe preparation of Cost Reports to the ClientThe preparation and management of subcontract and material procurement schedulesThe administration of subcontractor/supplier accountsContract administration, including change management and maintain associated registersBenefits for you:

A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar / Equivalent HND (not necessary)Experience managing M&E within a rail environment Working knowledge of NECHave a very good work ethic and be willing to work hard
