We are an event management company that specializes in hosting large-scale pub crawls in major cities like Edmonton. These events bring together hundreds of participants for a night of exploration, socializing, and visiting the best bars in town. We're looking for motivated Event Hosts to join our team for an exciting night out!
Job Description:
As an Event Host, you’ll oversee the smooth operation of the event, from registration to crowd management. You’ll play a key role in creating a fun and organized experience for attendees.
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests as they arrive and manage the check-in process.
Distribute wristbands and explain event details.
Coordinate with venues to ensure smooth transitions between stops.
Answer participant questions and provide assistance as needed.
Handle minor issues or escalate to event management when necessary.
Keep energy levels high and ensure participants have a great time!
Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Outgoing and able to energize a crowd.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Experience in customer service or events is an advantage.
Must have an Apple iPhone (required for ticket scanning).
Available to work on March 14, 15, and 17, 2025.
Must have a PayPal/E-Transfer account for payment.
