Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with experience in baking and food preparation. As a Baker, you will play a crucial role in creating delicious baked goods that delight our customers. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety.
Duties
• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
• Follow recipes and adjust ingredients as necessary to ensure consistent quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking area.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines throughout the baking process.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production and delivery of baked goods.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and fulfilling special requests.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in the food industry, specifically in baking or culinary roles.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends as needed.
• A passion for baking and creativity in developing new recipes is a plus.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week
