About the vacancy
We seek people who reside in Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield, Potters Bar, Borehamwood and surrounding areas, to work within the community providing one-to-one care to people in their homes.
Care Assistant Responsibilities include:
• Personal Care - Assistance with bathing and dressing.
• Light Home Help - ensuring areas are clear after activities such as meal preparation.
• Companionship - building relationships, and spending important time in activities and conversation
• Medication - Ensure our clients stay on track with their medication
• Meal Preparation - Create nutritious meals for the client to enjoy
Care Assistant Candidate Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent timekeeper who is organised and reliable
• A valid driving license and access to a vehicle is essential

• Minimum one hour visits to ensure you can succeed in supporting clients find a way
• Local visits within a 10-15 minute drive from Welwyn & Hatfield.
