About the Opportunity:
Syntricate Technologies is looking for a skilled Conversational Interface Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will design and develop innovative conversational interfaces that enhance user interactions and automate business processes.
The ideal candidate will have experience with platforms like Moveworks, natural language processing (NLP) algorithms, machine learning models, and frontend development using React.js. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design conversational flows, and integrate AI solutions into existing applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop AI bots and conversational interfaces using Moveworks and other platforms.
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and design conversational flows.
• Implement NLP algorithms and machine learning models to improve AI bot intelligence.
• Design and develop frontend components using React.js for intuitive interfaces.
• Build backend services and APIs using Node.js to support AI bot functionality.
• Test and debug AI bot functionality for reliability, scalability, and performance.
Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in conversational AI, NLP, or related fields.
• Expertise in Moveworks, React.js, Node.js, and relevant technologies.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
