QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 6 months - 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• In-charge of end-to-end Recruitment of the assigned branches
• Sourcing of qualified applicants according to positions available.
• Conducts the initial interview with qualified applicants.
• Coordinates with the immediate head of the departments and Managers of the assigned branches.
• Coordinates with the PESO office for a possible group of applicants.
• Attends recruitment events such as government and school job fairs.
• May post job advertisement through social media (but not included during working hours).
• Monitor job vacancies of the assigned branches.
• Administers psychological exams to the applicants.
• Conducts background investigation.
• Checks pre-employment requirements of on-boarding applicants.
• Conducts orientation of newly-hired employees.
• 201 filing
• Willing to travel to the assigned branches, if needed.
• Monitors expiration of Probationary contracts and change of employment status of personnel.
• Assists/organize company events.
• Performs other relevant administrative/HR facets and responsibilities assigned by HRO/ Manager.
