Job Description
Our client, a well-known brand-name clothing, home decor, and department store, is urgently seeking a Mail Center Associate to start ASAP. This role is based onsite in Downtown Los Angeles.
Position Overview
As the Mail Center Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the mail room with sorting, distribution, and delivery of inbound mail and packages to the corporate offices, as well as preparing outbound shipments.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Sort and deliver all inbound mail and packages
• Prioritize and plan work tasks around business needs
• Deliver office supplies, toner, paper, and water
• Prepare outbound shipments
• Scan and track FedEx packages at the corporate site and deliver to appropriate parties
Education & Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least one year of experience in a mail center, clerical, delivery, receiving, shipping, or storekeeping role
• Knowledge of how to operate a postage meter device
• Ability to safely lift and carry equipment, packages, and office supplies
• Familiarity with FedEx and UPS shipping systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook; Word and Excel experience is a plus

• Rate: $21 per hour (non-negotiable)
• Duration: Approximately 30–90 days
• Location: Onsite in Downtown Los Angeles
• Hours:
Monday 8:00am-4:30pm
Tuesday: 8:00am-4:30pm
Wednesday: 8:00am-4:30pm
Thursday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Friday: 8:00am – 1:00 pm
