Insurance Sales Assistant
Job Summary:
Your job as an assistant demands your excellent customer service skills to provide the best support to military families seeking USAA Property & Casualty's personal line products.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handle communication via phone or email with members seeking assistance.
• Support customers in receiving insurance estimates, initiating new ventures, staying informed of recent policy changes, and responding to other insurance-related inquiries with helpful and timely responses.
• Accurate recommendations and solutions require a deep understanding of the members' needs and requirements.
• Skillfully navigate the contact center environment while maintaining engaging interactions with members.
• It is necessary to have valid Property & Casualty licensing and state registration.
Qualifications and Experience:
• While pursuing a high school diploma is the traditional path, the GED offers a flexible alternative for those who may have left school early or faced other challenges in completing a traditional education.
• Superior customer service skills enable service providers to establish strong relationships with their customers.
• Being skilled in prioritizing and multitasking is crucial for individuals who want to excel in their career and meet their job requirements efficiently.
• Having expertise in insurance regulations and compliance is a must.
• You must acquire licenses for Property & Casualty and complete any necessary state registrations within a 90-day period from the start of your employment.
Benefits of the Position:
• A complete training program that lasts for six months and is fully financed.
• Employees who have worked in the office for half a year will be given the option to work from home for two days per week.
• For hours worked after 6:00pm CST or on weekends, employees will be granted a shift differential of 15%.

The salary for this position is offered within the range of $46,135 - $48,635.
