The Director of Operations for Banff Lodging is a vital part of the senior management team, reporting to the Vice President of Banff Operations at Banff Jasper Collection. This role is responsible for leading the onsite development of current and future hotels in Banff, focusing on guest hospitality, employee engagement, daily operations, maintenance, financial results, and community involvement. **Key responsibilities** include leading a diverse management team across multiple departments such as Rooms, Housekeeping, Facilities, F&B, Hotel Accounting, and Programming.
